* Esmeralda Hetrick was instrumental in the formation of Estamos Unidos of Pennsylvania, a Hispanic nonprofit organization with the mission of promoting educational and cultural awareness among youth. Hetrick was one of 12 employees of Highmark, Inc. to receive a 2006 "Corporate Champions" Jefferson Award.

* Linda Kreiser is the field hockey coach at Lower Dauphin High School (LDHS). A graduate of the school, Kreiser returned to lead LDHS to multiple championships. Kreiser was named the 2006 National High School Coach of the Year by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association.

* Betty Hungerford is the director of development for Homeland Center, a personal care home and skilled nursing facility providing a wide variety of services to the aging population of the greater Harrisburg area. * The RASE Project is an advocacy organization for those recovering from addiction.
