Icoria Inc. has licensed to Syngenta Syngenta AG is a large global agribusiness which markets seeds and crop protection products (pesticides). Syngenta is involved in biotechnology and genomic research. The company is a leader in crop protection, and ranks third in total sales in the commercial agricultural seeds  Ltd. the exclusive rights to commercially develop 30 Icoria compounds believed to be active fungal fungal /fun·gal/ (fun´g'l) fungous; pertaining to fungi.
