Iceland Foods Ltd. is offering a Side of Salmon in a herb marinade under its Premium Fish range. Consumers are encouraged to remove the hydrogenated fat-free product from their home freezer and roast it directly. Further accented with garlic, jalapeno pepper and other spices, the 700-gram portion sells for 6 [pounds sterling] and generally feeds four to six persons. The fish is farm-raised in Norway or the United Kingdom, and packed in Poland for Deeside, Flintshire, England-headquartered Iceland Foods.
