IceWEB(TM), Inc. (OTCBB:ICEW), announced today that the company has signed a Teaming Agreement with American Management Systems, Incorporated (AMS), to submit a joint effort proposal to the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). As a strategic business partner, IceWEB will re-engineer existing courseware; develop new courses and assist in developing and implementing change management processes. The new contract, Total Force XXI, formerly the Distance Learning XXI (DLXXI) contract, is up for re-compete in September 2004.
