 League matches.

The Devils lost out in a desperately close match against newly-crowned title winners Coventry on home ice last Sunday and are now intent on beating Blaze for a second time this season on their own ice.

``We are capable of going to Coventry and winning,'' said coach Mulvenna. ``We all know that and we can't wait to get back at them. ``Our aim is to win two of our last three play-off group games and that will ensure we progress into the semi-finals.''

The trip to Coventry is the first of three matches in four days to complete Cardiff's play-off campaign. They are at home to Basingstoke Bison tomorrow (8pm) and then travel to Newcastle Vipers on Saturday. Both Basingstoke and Newcastle have already lost three play-off games and that may mean the Devils would go through with one win.

``We know what we have to do and everybody is focused on the job in hand,'' said Mulvenna.

Slovakian centre Henrich Beutel has been rested from the last two matches, but he is certain to be back soon as Mulvenna tries to ensure his squad stay as fresh as possible.
