ICS integrates Icarian's products with major ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems, facilitating the flow of data between Icarian and other platforms.

ICS builds upon Icarian's existing integration technology and expands it by leveraging WebMethods' industry-standard integration platform. Using ICS, customers can incorporate Icarian's Employee Acquisition application with their HRMS, payroll system, or other enterprise or recruitment applications. The WebMethods platform provides a standard process for integration and facilitates the flow of data between Icarian and other systems. The interface allows synchronization of reference data, provides configurable, flexible notification and logging mechanisms, and ensures data security and encryption. ICS further supports customer preferences, by enabling integration with Icarian's service partners or their own preferred vendors.

ICS 3.0 adds depth to Icarian's Integration Suite, which includes:

    -  Transaction-oriented processes: which integrate resume
       processing vendors and background check services

    -  Job posting management using HR-XML standards, including
       integration with IIRC and TMP's (Monster's parent company)
       JobVIPeR product

    -  Data integration with ERPs, using the standards based, XML
       conduit methodology

    -  Extract Reporting for high performance analysis using the
       customer's preferred reporting tools.
