IXYS has a long history of producing rugged power MOSFETs and IGBTs, which has been extended to its driver ICs. Power supplies and motor control circuits demand highly reliable and robust driver ICs to withstand the voltage and current spikes that often occur in power systems. Each gate driver exhibits output rise and falls times under 25 nanoseconds with matched output rise times.
