We believe that wireless broadband is the ideal solution for small ISPs and know that IBC has the required expertise to engineer, install, and support wireless applications and solutions."

Broadband wireless access (BWA (Broadband Wireless Access) High-speed wireless access. Typically refers to wireless last mile access to the Internet.  trends in the telecommunications industry. Unlike fiber, copper or cable, which forces providers to incur a high-level of upfront deployment costs, BWA equipment is proportional to their customer base. It frees them from dependency on wireline infrastructures, allowing them to build an independent network that is scalable, cost-effective and rapidly deployable.

IBC, also known as IBC Wireless, is a national distributor and lessor of both wired and wireless computer networking equipment from Alvarion, Cisco, Proxim, WaveRider, Wave Wireless and others to Emerging Service Providers, Competitive Local Exchange Carriers, Utilities and Enterprise customers that are realizing the benefits of wireless applications.

Jim Hollis, President of IBC stated, "The tremendous market opportunities for deploying wireless solutions requires an immediate increase in understanding the business applications and benefits as well as developing a technical team to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support. Teaming with IVI Communications will accelerate IBC's wireless deployment strategy."

IVI Communications' first objective is to acquire up to 50,000 dialup subscribers in strategic tier-three markets across America. IVIC plans to operate ISPs under local brands but implement administrative centralization to achieve economies of scale and to generate cash flow. In conjunction with the acquisition of dialup ISPs, the Company is planning the launch of a nationally branded wireless broadband service. The Company anticipates testing both Motorola and Alvarion wireless products in their initial deployments.

Nyhl Henson stated, "It is our goal to grow up to 250,000 subscribers over the next three years through both aggressive marketing and ISP (1) See in-system programmable.

As compelling content becomes available many dialup customers will convert to broadband services. With its wireless broadband product, IVIC will be poised to serve the needs of its customers as the Internet matures."
