ITXC Corp. expands in Latin America.

ITXC Corp. (NASDAQ: ITXC), the leading provider of worldwide Internet voice services, has expanded its presence in Latin America by opening a regional office in Miami. "From January to December 2000, ITXC's voice traffic to Latin America tripled," says Peter Kendall, ITXC's director of sales, Americas. "The presence of our Miami office signals our ongoing commitment to providing carrier quality voice services to our customers and prospects in Latin America."

ITXC also has expanded its Miami-based Latin American sales team with the addition of Regional Sales Managers Manuel Lora, Ezequiel Villasenor and Mario Rojas.

Since its inception in 1998, ITXC's private managed network, ITXC.net[TM] has carried more than one billion cumulative minutes. According to TeleGeography 2001, ITXC is the market share leader with approximately 13 percent of the international Voice on the Internet services market.

ITXC customers include 14 of the 15 largest U.S.-based international carriers; web merchants who increase sales by placing ITXC Push to Talk buttons on their web sites, direct marketing e-mails and banner ads; and IP-based web-to-phone providers, as well as carriers and ISPs, who provide web-based call management services, including Internet call waiting.

ITXC received the World Communication Award for 2000 as the Best Wholesale Carrier (a category which included major traditional carriers).
