ITWomen has the opportunity to reach more than 1,100 children in South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach) and more than 400 from Miami-Dade County's poorest neighborhoods. In return, Take Stock in Children recruits and trains mentors to motivate students to achieve academic success and model social, coping and life skills. Further, the organization commits to pay for college upon successful completion of high school.
