Turner has been named as Patent Counsel and will report to Andrew De Cicco, vice president, secretary, general counsel of ITT Industries, Cannon. Turner will succeed Tom Peterson, Cannon's current general patent counsel, who is retiring after 28 years of service to ITT. In his position, Turner will be responsible for managing the company's intellectual property. "Roger brings enormous knowledge and acumen to his position," said De Cicco. "His past experiences will provide us with a patent counsel who has an extensive understanding of our business." Turner joins Cannon with more than 25 years of experience in trademark, copyright and patent law.
