ITT AUTOMOTIVE TO SPONSOR 'AUTOGLOW' TO BENEFIT THE CHILDREN'S CENTER

 AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- ITT Automotive, a global automotive supplier based in Auburn Hills, will serve as title sponsor of the ITT Automotive AutoGlow charity dinner to take place Friday, Jan. 8, 1993, on the river at The Roostertail Catering Club in Detroit. All proceeds will benefit The Children's Center, a non-profit organization which serves more than 4,000 high-risk children and youth in the Detroit area, including the homeless, abused or chemically dependent.
 Timothy D. Leuliette, president and chief executive officer of ITT Automotive, will chair the event.
 "The Children's Center theme of 'Help Us Build Hope' is a cornerstone philosophy behind ITT Automotive's involvement within the Detroit community," Leuliette said. "With ITT Automotive sponsorship of events such as the Detroit Grand Prix and our efforts with the ITT Automotive AutoGlow charity dinner, we are furthering our contributions to the community where we work and conduct our global business in ways that benefit us all."
 The ITT Automotive AutoGlow will follow the annual Charity Preview gala which opens the North American International Auto Show at Cobo Center. Tickets to the ITT Automotive AutoGlow are $50 each and include a gourmet dinner, refreshments and shuttle service between the Roostertail and Cobo Center.
