) Program under Topic No. N98-160 entitled Instrumenting Embedded Software Behavior via Busses, which is to provide devices to monitor aircraft data busses during flight. These devices will be non-intrusive, ruggedized, and capable of recording data for extended missions. Work will be performed in Miamisburg, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by July 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Phase I of this SBIR Program was competitively procured using SBIR Program Solicitation under Topic #N98-160. The Naval Air Systems Command The Naval Air Systems Command, or NAVAIR, is the part of the United States Navy which provides materiel support for naval aircraft and airborne weapon systems, such as guided missiles. NAVAIR was established in 1966 as the successor to the Navy's Bureau of Naval Weapons (BuWeps). , Naval Air Warfare Center The Naval Air Warfare Center was a former U.S. Navy military installation located in Warminster, Pennsylvania and Ivyland, Pennsylvania.

The U.S. Navy purchased the grounds to establish this facility from the Brewster Aeronautical Corporation following its bankruptcy in the
 Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, N.J. is the contracting activity (N68335-02-D-0021).
