ITCN, Inc. *.ITCN ITCN Inter-Tribal Council of Nevada ITCN Information Technology Commerce Network (Karachi, Pakistan exhibition) , Inc. *, Miamisburg, Ohio, is being awarded a not-to-exceed $10,000,000 indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract for a Phase III Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR SBIR Small Business Innovation Research (program/grant) SBIR Space Based Infra-Red SBIR Speaker-Boundary Interference SBIR Site Backsurface-referenced Ideal Plane/Range (silicon wafers) ) Program under Topic No. N98-160 entitled Instrumenting Embedded Software Behavior via Busses, which is to provide devices to monitor aircraft data busses during flight. These devices will be non-intrusive, ruggedized, and capable of recording data for extended missions. Work will be performed in Miamisburg, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by July 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Phase I of this SBIR Program was competitively procured using SBIR Program Solicitation under Topic #N98-160.
