Cognizant Technology Solutions (NASDAQ: CTSH) is an information technology services company with headquarters in New Jersey U.S.A.
 Corp., an information technology services firm based in Teaneck, NJ, has doubled the size of its Phoenix, Arizona Phoenix /ˈfiːˌnɪks/ (English: Phoenix, Navajo: Hoozdo, lit. "the place is hot", Western Apache: Fiinigis) is the capital and the most populous city of the U.S.  call center to accommodate its growing customer-service operations in the Southwest.

Studley represented Cognizant in the 51,411 s/f lease that will move the firm from 10210 North Street to 2411 West Peoria Avenue.

Gregg Najarian, managing director with Studley's Rochelle Park, NJ office first represented Cognizant eight years ago with its headquarters lease in Teaneck and subsequently with a lease in San Ramon, California San Ramon is a city in Contra Costa County, California, United States. It is a part of the San Francisco Bay Area. Since 1980, the population of San Ramon has increased by over 128% from 22,356 to 51,027 in 2005.  and now Phoenix.

"At the West Peoria Avenue location, we were able to lock in a long-term lease at a rate significantly below market," said Najarian, who was assisted by local Phoenix broker Rick Collins of Ross Brown Partners. "By selecting sublease sublease n. the lease of all or a portion of premises by a tenant who has leased the premises from the owner. A sublease may be prohibited by the original lease, or require written permission from the owner.  space, we saved our client hundreds of thousands of dollars while obtaining a fully furnished, Class A facility."
