IT Capital Spending Expected to Increase According to IT Community Research; Survey Results Indicate an Increase in IT Spending Through Early 2007.


LOVELAND, Colo. -- Janet Robbins, editorial research manager of IT Community Research (ITCR ITCR Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica ), announced the results of the 2006 IT Industry Trends Survey, which indicates an overall increase in business technology spending worldwide over the next year. The 2006 IT Industry Trends Survey was conducted in Spring 2006 (934 respondents, +/- 3.2% margin of error at 95% confidence level). Respondents included IT managers, IT staff, developers, consultants and educators who have been in their technical role on average 15 years.
