ORIGINAL MOOSE AND SQUIRREL With the new live-action and computer-animated ``The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle'' movie in theaters, the Museum of Television & Radio suggests the time is right to revisit the cartoon characters' origins. Starting today, the museum will be showing old Rocky and Bullwinkle cartoons and other TV shorts created by Jay Ward. Playing today through July 9 is a package that includes the black-and- white premiere of ``Rocky and His Friends'' as well as original episodes of ``Crusader Rabbit'' and Bullwinkle's rare puppet appearances on ``The Bullwinkle Show'' and ``Fractured Flickers.'' The cartoons show each Wednesday through Sunday at noon, with the programs changing weekly. The series runs through Sept. 17. The Museum of Television & Radio is located at 465 N.
