IT'S A LIVE ONE VIA KSCA-FM.


Since it went on the air nearly two years ago, KSCA-FM (101.9) has weighed in with some of the more intelligent, varied and daring programming in L.A.'s corporate-driven commercial radio market.

While it may fall victim to playing more of the big hits on occasion, it also brings daily doses of blues and alternative music and even tries to spotlight Spotlight can refer to at least three types of lighting:
  • a searchlight;
  • stage lighting used in theatre to focus an audience's attention on a performer or event, known as a Followspot;
 local bands on the air and off.

The first one sold out within a month of its release and ``Live From the Music Hall, Vol. 2,'' released earlier this month, will soon be gone as well.
