The broad scope contract allows IT&E to greatly expand its pre-approved managed services An umbrella term for third-party monitoring and maintaining of computers, networks and software. "This is a major event for IT&E and its Federal Services Division, capping a six month long process to obtain this significant contract with the Federal Government.
