ISYS/Odyssey Development announces ISYS Text Retrieval 32-Bit Application for Windows 95 and Windows NT.

While maintaining the same interface, features, and easy-to-use query tools of the original ISYS text-retrieval software, ISYS is now maximized with 32-Bit environmental benefits.

Improvements include extended file format support, increased speed, and expanded operation capabilities and features. Adding to the current list of over 40 file formats and supported by ISYS, the 32-Bit version for Windows 95 and NT also supports Microsoft Word A full-featured word processing program for Windows and the Macintosh from Microsoft. Included in the Microsoft application suite, it is a sophisticated program with rudimentary desktop publishing capabilities that has become the most widely used word processing application on the market.  7, Access 7, Microsoft PowerPoint 7, Microsoft Office Microsoft's primary desktop applications for Windows and Mac. In addiiton, ISYS for Windows 95 and Windows NT offers the following new features: long file name handling, context-sensitive right-mouse menus, the complete operability Operability is the ability to keep a system in a functioning and operating condition. In a computing systems environment with multiple systems this includes the ability of products, systems and business processes to work together to accomplish a common task such as finding and , database storage capability increased to 16 million documents, and complete inter-operability with 16-bit and ISYS for DOS.
