ISOLYSER RECEIVES PATENT.


NORCROSS, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 31, 1995--Isolyser Company, Inc. (NASDAQ/NM:OREX OREX Orbital Reentry Experiment (Japan) ) today announced that it had received the formal notice of allowance from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for the Company's line of Liquid Treatment System (LTS LTS 1 Latent tetany syndrome, see there 2. LTS is a super-absorbent powder which converts potentially infectious liquid waste into a solid waste suitable for landfill disposal. Unlike conventional super-absorbents, LTS products are designed to work across a wide pH range and electrolyte electrolyte (ĭlĕk`trəlīt'), electrical conductor in which current is carried by ions rather than by free electrons (as in a metal).  concentration and absorb and solidify without mechanical intervention.
