), the company's latest release of its meta-directory product line. The product is scheduled to ship in Q4 1997. This latest version of the company's high-performance enterprise and inter-enterprise directory server supports both LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) A protocol used to access a directory listing. LDAP support is implemented in Web browsers and e-mail programs, which can query an LDAP-compliant directory.  and X.500 and will incorporate in 1Q1998 an optional connector for access to any ODBC-compliant database.
