Dominica will host a "treasure hunt" that is a major event of the scuba diving world, reports CANA (January 11, 2001). The May 5-12 program is dubbed "Objectif Atlantide" (Objective: Atlantis) and is expected to attract competing teams from various countries, the organizers said. The staging of the program is a collaborative effort between the Ministry of Tourism, the French Embassy and the private sector, said Tourism Minister Charles Savarin.
