BEIRUT: The Internal Security Forces arrested four people involved in the theft of cars, including a man with several arrest warrants, the state-run National News Agency (NNA) reported Monday. The NNA said police raided an apartment in Beirut's Shiyyah neighborhood and arrested a man identified as "M.J.," 23, after he exchanged fire with security forces. "M.J." is wanted on several arrest warrants for involvement in car theft. Security forces also arrested another man identified as "L.Kh.," 18, who took part in the robberies organized by "M.J." The police force then entered the Beirut eastern suburb suburb, a community in an outlying section of a city or, more commonly, a nearby, politically separate municipality with social and economic ties to the central city. In the 20th cent.  of Burj al-Barajneh district and raided another apartment, arresting the owner and another man. Both men are wanted for stealing cars, the NNA said. -- The Daily Star
