Mr. Reina has overall responsibility for all software developed in-house at ISE. Mr. Ryan oversees ISE's Technology Architecture program.

Mr. Reina joined ISE in 2000 and has over fifteen years of prior software development experience. He joined ISE from Citibank where he designed and developed low level infrastructure and security components for a large web-based application See Web application. . Mr. Reina is a graduate of Trenton State College.

Mr. Ryan joined ISE in 2001 and has over 20 years of systems development experience. Before joining ISE, Mr. Ryan was Vice President of Engineering at ShadowTV.com. His prior experience also includes serving as a consultant to Citigroup where he was lead architect of a global, electronic banking platform. Mr. Ryan is a graduate of DeVry Institute of Technology.
