Swissphone Inc., specializing in pagers and pager systems, uses the ISD2560 ChipCorder product in its new Talkman DV300 Pocsag voice pager. The Talkman DV300 translates a digital paging code into one of ten pre-recorded voice messages which are stored on the ISD microchip. The ChipCorder product enables the pager to double as a pocket recorder and is also used to store pre-recorded numbers and DTMF (Dual-Tone MultiFrequency) The type of audio signals that are generated when you press the buttons on a touch-tone telephone.
