IRETO Releases Global Commercial Real Estate Outlook Report: Commercial Real Estate Expert Predicts a Stable Market in U.S., Downturn in Europe and Opportunities in Asia.

The largely residential city is home to many motion-picture and television personalities. , Calif. -- This week, IRETO IRETO International Real Estate Trade Organization  (The International Real Estate Trade Organization) released its Global Commercial Real Estate Outlook Report. The report, which was authored by international real estate expert Bryan Bryan, city (1990 pop. 55,002), seat of Brazos co., E central Tex.; inc. 1872. Settled in the early 19th cent. in an area of large plantations, Bryan was long a cotton center.  Shaffer Shaffer is a wholly owned subsidiary of National Oilwell Varco and is involved in the manufacturing and distribution of pressure control devices for the petroleum industry. , reviews major trends and looks at global economic trends that affect commercial real estate.
The top 5 trends noted in the report included:
    1)  Real estate financial markets will continue to be more
        structured & productive
    2)  New capital will continue to flow into real estate, but at a
        slower pace
    3)  Buyers will continue to expand outside local markets and
        around the globe
    4)  Increasing rents worldwide
    5)  More REITS worldwide & less REITS in USA

IRETO has announced that it will hold a Global Real Estate Outlook breakfast at the IRETO office in Beverly Hills on February 16 and its China Real Estate Outlook on February 23rd. Both events will also be broadcast on the internet.

Shaffer stated in this issue, "We see 2006 as a different type of year for commercial real estate in that for most people and asset types it will be a good year. However, people will have to have a well structured strategy for acquisition and exit, because the simple process of buying an asset will not lead to price increases as we have seen in the last 4 years."
