Two sessions were arranged by Joe Scholes, CPM (1) (Critical Path Method) A project management planning and control technique implemented on computers. The morning session was held at the Marriot East Side Hotel and featured guest speakers Scholes, Sandra M. Kerin, CPM, president of the IREM Foundation, Roberta Title, a real estate broker with Gumley Haft Kleier, and Peter Schwartz, Esq., a partner with Fromme Schwartz. In the afternoon, IREM executive committee member Edith Schickedanz, CPM, conducted a tour of a condominium building on Manhattan's Upper East Side.
