Seven components, which IREM calls "knowledge products," can now be accessed by IREM members and nonmembers on IREM FIRST, with many more to come. Currently available are: Forms database, featuring more than 150 form templates for managing commercial, residential and retail properties. The forms are downloadable in Word or Excel format and are customizable. They are free to IREM members. Links library, containing more than 1,000 web links to real estate management education programs, the latest industry news, research reports and much more. Access is free to all users. Self-study training modules called "Skill Builders," offering downloadable tutorials on topics ranging from adjusted rent calculation to completing a cash flow work-sheet. Access to each module is $19.95 for IREM members and $29.95 for non-members.
