What do you think of the iPhone?

I am very excited about the iPhone release. Being in the creative business, I am already an Apple fan. I think the functionality of the iPhone will revolutionize rev·o·lu·tion·ize

I've had a Treo and a BlackBerry and so I think the iPhone is very interesting. It's an innovative product and a sign of where technology is headed. It's a limited version of products we already use in a more functional form. I think it will do well in the market because phones like the Treo already cost $699 and they had a lot of problems. Even with their problems, many people in the corporate environment still use them. The iPhone will have familiar applications that will appeal to the consumer and it will be at a reasonable price for what you're getting.

The iPhone is a very good product but a little expensive. It will do well because people are always dying for a new device and it has all the capabilities of any other smart phones. One problem is you have to buy into its entire package and you're pretty much getting a glorified glo·ri·fy

I'm excited about the product. And I can tell you that my two sons, who are 16 and 19, are equally excited. We have four iPods in our house right now. We're pretty much sold on the product, especially if it delivers on everything it's supposed to. I'm not going to buy one right away though. I think I'm going to wait until the newer version comes out to see if it has a better price point and all the bugs are worked out.

Ask my kids about the iPhone! All the hype around this phone is just crazy; I can't believe that so many people are already lining up for it. I'll be excited to see how it turns out, especially since it doesn't really have a predecessor. It's totally new, and I think that people have no idea what they're getting into. It seems like the phone doesn't have very many business applications and is primarily meant for fun and entertainment value.

I own a few shares in Apple myself, so I hope that the iPhone is a success. I probably won't purchase one right away. With new gadgets like this, I always wait until the second or third version comes out so that the prices will come down. For someone interested in getting the absolute latest product, I don't think the phone is too expensive. But for someone who just needs a cell phone with more basic services basic services,
