(OTCBB:IPVO) today announced the first summit meeting of the presidents and chief financial officers of all four recently acquired companies and RKM IT Solutions, headquartered in Caracas, Venezuela. IPVoice and RKM anticipate finalizing the RKM acquisition before March 31, 2004. Over the last six months, IPVoice has acquired IP Global Voice headquartered in San Francisco, California, Infotel Technologies headquartered in Singapore, Medical Office Software headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Digital Computer Integration based in Plano, Texas. This acquisition campaign is part of a plan to launch emerging Internet Protocol (IP) Communication Solutions across the Telecommunications, Healthcare and Homeland Security markets.
