IPRO signs $22M deal at Triad V on LI.

Island Peer Review Organization (IPRO), a medical insurance services company, has completed its 80,000-square-foot move of its headquarters to the Triad V office center in Lake Success, Long Island.

Lewis Feldman, a principal of The Triad Organization, which developed the site, said the deal is one of the largest recently reported on Long Island and adds about 400 jobs to the local economy. The aggregate value of the lease totals more than $22 million.

Triad V's 100,000-square-foot "footprint" enabled IPRO to be housed on a single floor. The western Nassau location permits the company to retain its metro-New York employee base. Triad V features abundant parking and an excellent setting, making it a prime office space.

Herbert S. Agin, CEO of Sutton & Edwards, brokered the deal.
