International Paper (IP), Stamford, Connecticut, USA has completed the sale of 1.1 million acres of forestlands in Maine and New Hampshire New Hampshire, one of the New England states of the NE United States. IN OTHER IP NEWS: The company and its employees announced they are donating US$ 200,000 to relief efforts in Southeast Asia to help tsunami victims. IP has completed the sale of its Weldwood of Canada Limited subsidiary to West Fraser Timber West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd. TSX: WFT is an Canadian forestry company based in Quesnel, British Columbia.
