Qovia's IP Telephony Manager includes gateway analysis, dashboard improvements, an alert console, prepackaged reporting, application and server monitoring, and an increased sensor capability. It supports a view of the call quality from the gateway to the handset for each person as a call is in progress. The visibility enables managers to isolate problems, as well as the data needed to plan for peak traffic periods. The dashboards feature live and interactive charts that make drilling in for root cause analysis easier. Call quality, network performance and utilization data can be divided by various perspectives, including time and network segmentation. IP Telephony Manager includes network sensors that can handle up to 1,000 simultaneous calls.--Qovia
