IOS Press (Burke, VA/Amsterdam) has begun the publication of two new quarterly journals. 'Mobile Information Systems,' launched in April, carries editorial on mobile information systems research and development and is designed to serve as an outlet for facilitating communication and networking among researchers, practitioners and professionals.
