INX Implements State-of-the-Art Cisco IP Telephony for MSD Ignition.

HOUSTON -- INX Inc. (NASDAQ:INXI) announced today the successful completion of Cisco Systems-based telecommunication project for MSD Ignition.

INX was selected as MSA's integration partner to design, install and support the telecommunication and data infrastructure at the MSD headquarters in El Paso, Texas. The solution consisted of an enterprise IPT telephony solution supporting 150 end users across multiple business units. INX also integrated a Cisco call center application for customer service functionality and intelligent call routing. The data infrastructure is based around Cisco's 3750 Stackwise technology giving the entire network a higher level of availability and performance. The headquarters implementation contract was for approximately $200,000 in products and related services with plans for additional projects at remote facilities.
