INTRODUCES DOWNTOWN CORPORATE TICKET AND CHECK-IN CENTER.

TAM BRAZILIAN AIRLINES, ALREADY NOTED FOR ITS Red Carpet Service, has brought business class travel closer to the business office. TAM's new Corporate Ticket & Check-In Center at 1414 Brickell Avenue Brickell Avenue is the name given to the stretch of U.S. Route 1 in Miami-Dade County, Florida just south of the Miami River.

It is the main road through the Brickell district of Downtown Miami.
-- in the heart of Miami's international business district -- enables travelers flying First and Business Class to not only purchase tickets but drop off their luggage and carry-on items as well, knowing everything will be delivered to Miami International Airport Miami International Airport (IATA: MIA, ICAO: KMIA, FAA LID: MIA) is a public airport located eight miles (13 km) northwest of the central business district of Miami, in unincorporated Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States.  and the TAM Airbus A330/200 for that evening's flight to Sao Paulo.

Always on the cutting edge of customer service, TAM's Corporate Ticket & Check-In Center is an attractive oasis oasis (ōā`sĭs), an area within a desert where the water table reaches the surface, with enough moisture to permit the growth of vegetation. The water may come up to the surface in springs, or it may collect in mountain hollows.  for all TAM travelers, it alleviates waiting in line for pre-boarding check-in and enables business persons to travel from their downtown Miami Downtown Miami is the central business district of Miami-Dade County and Miami, Florida.  Sales and Marketing Manager. "But we wanted to take our Red Carpet Service even further. Business people can actually leave their carry-ons -- totes Totes (more fully Totes»ISOTONER) is a corporation that sells umbrellas, gloves, rubber rain boots, and other similar accessories. Its headquarters is in Cincinnati, Ohio. , laptops, briefcases -- at the Center, too, and we will not only bring them to the airport, we will also store them in the proper overhead bins prior to boarding. We call that our Baggage Courier service."

On-site office and conference rooms

Of course, not all TAM travelers will be flying out to Brazil. Some Brazilian business people will be returning to Sao Paulo from their own trips to Miami. While here, should they -- or Miami-based business travelers, as well -- find themselves in need of office facilities, a quick call to TAM's Corporate Ticket & Check-In Center will secure for them a small office or conference room equipped with telephone and fax. Limited photocopying photocopying, process whereby written or printed matter is directly copied by photographic techniques. Generally, photocopying is practical when just a few copies of an original are needed. When many copies are required, printing processes are more economical.  and even coffee service are available.

Once in the air, the business traveler will enjoy the world's largest, fastest, most-comfortable wide-bodied passenger carrier. Business Class travel in TAM's new Airbus 3301200 is like flying in a favorite easy chair that reclines up to 145 degrees with double arm rests and aisle-and-window-only seating. Each seat is equipped with its own power port for laptop computers A portable computer that has a flat LCD screen and usually weighs less than eight pounds. Often called just a "laptop," it uses batteries for mobile use and AC power for charging the batteries and desktop use. Today's high-end laptops provide all the capabilities of most desktop computers.  and in-seat telephone systems for business communication with the added bonus of individual Internet hook-ups.

TAM's Miami-to-Sao Paulo flight staff is trilingual, to accommodate travelers who feel more comfortable speaking English or Spanish, as well as Portuguese.

With the advent of TAM's Corporate Ticket & Check-In Center on Brickell Avenue, TAM's Red Carpet Service begins long before a businessperson ever reaches Miami International Airport. "It's another aspect of all the benefits business travelers receive every time they board a TAM flight to Sao Paulo. Personal luggage and carry-on service, office and meeting space, and the earliest early check-in program in passenger travel. We've put it all into our Corporate Ticket & Check-In Center. And placed it right where the business people are: In downtown Miami," said Frandji.
