 INTERNATIONAL TESTING SERVICES, INC. ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES
 HOUSTON, Oct. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- International Testing Services, Inc. (AMEX: ITS) announced certain management changes today in connection with a meeting of the board of directors.
 Aurelio Madrazo, a director of ITS, was elected chairman of the board. Madrazo was previously president of MCO Resources, Inc., manager of North American Production at Conoco and general manager of Dubai Petroleum Company.
 John B. Connally III, formerly executive vice president and chief financial officer of ITS, was elected president of ITS replacing William G. Flesner, who had resigned to pursue other personal interests.
 An office of the chief executive has been formed which will consist of Messrs. Madrazo, Connally and Mrunal N. Bhagat, the former chairman.
 Jerry M. Polsgrove, formerly controller and chief accounting officer of ITS, was elected chief financial officer, treasurer and secretary.
 "The board of directors has taken these actions to strengthen ITS at the senior management level," Connally stated. "We are especially pleased to have greater involvement by Mr. Madrazo and expect to benefit substantially from his domestic and international experience in the energy industry."
 ITS, with headquarters in Houston, is an environmental and safety company engaged in non-destructive testing services for the petrochemical, refining and pipeline industries. ITS's common stock is listed on the American Stock Exchange (symbol ITS).
