INTERNATIONAL JENSEN INCORPORATED FILES FOR PROPOSED
PUBLIC OFFERING OF COMMON STOCK
LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- International Jensen Incorporated, manufacturer and distributor of loudspeakers and other audio products, today announced the filing of a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed public offering of 1,650,000 shares of its common stock. The statement was filed on Dec. 31, 1991, and involves the first public offering of IJI common stock.
The offering includes 1,400,000 shares to be sold by the company and 250,000 shares to be sold by certain stockholders. The price range for the shares has been estimated by the underwriters at between $9.50 and $11.50 per share. It is expected that the offering will be made in February 1992.
