INTERNATIONAL GAMING MANAGEMENT, INC. LAUNCHES RIVERBOAT GAMING PROJECT

MINNEAPOLIS, March 17 /PRNewswire/ -- International Gaming Management, Inc. (NASDAQ: IGMM), announced today that it has taken preliminary steps toward opening a dockside gaming casino in Greenville, Washington County, Miss., later this year. IGM has entered into a letter of intent to develop the casino and to lease, with an option to purchase, an adjacent 38-acre tract with 1,300 feet of prime Mississippi River shoreline. This area has been approved for dockside casino operations. The Greenville casino is expected to draw patrons from nearby population centers, such as Little Rock and Pine Bluff, Ark., as well as from its host city.
IGM President Douglas M. Polinsky stated that a new barge containing over 20,000 square feet of casino space plus amenities will be fitted for the river location. It is expected to cost nearly $12 million, fully equipped, and can be ready for service by year end. Implementation of this project will be supervised by W. Bucky Howard, IGM's chairman, who is a veteran manager of casino operations formerly heading key facilities in the Donald Trump Atlantic City organization. Mr. Howard stated that IGM's dockside casino will be able to offer 24-hour gaming on approximately 30-40 table games and 500 machines. Necessary gaming licenses must be issued by the Mississippi Gaming Commission.
IGM distributes gaming machinery to various Indian casinos. Through its consolidated subsidiary, Louisiana Gaming Management, Inc. (LGM), it also installs and operates video lottery terminals throughout Louisiana, where LGM is recognized as the largest revenue producing route operator in the state.
