INTERNATIONAL GAMING MANAGEMENT'S AFFILIATE TO OPERATE VIDEO GAMING
 MACHINES IN LOUISIANA
 MINNEAPOLIS, March 16 /PRNewswire/ -- International Gaming Management, Inc. (NASDAQ: IGMM) (IGM) a Minneapolis-based lessor of electronic gaming devices, has announced its unconsolidated affiliate, Louisiana Gaming Management, Inc. (LGM) has entered into a contractual agreement with Bally Gaming International, Inc. (Bally) to obtain 2,000 video lottery terminals (VLTs) for installation in the State of Louisiana, pending licensure of Bally and LGM.
 Delivery of the units is expected to be completed in 90 days and is contingent on the receipt of appropriate licensing approvals for Bally and LGM from the State of Louisiana.
 LGM will be placing 2,000 VLTs at bars and truck stops, in approximately 600 locations throughout Louisiana. While the purchase price and financial terms for the VLT purchase were not disclosed, IGM's chief executive officer, Jeffrey A. Ross, indicated the agreement will posture LGM to be a major gaming device operator in Louisiana, which recently enacted legislation legalizing the operation of VLTs. LGM expects to commence operation of the VLTs as early as July 1, 1992, contingent upon licensing by the State of Louisiana.
 LGM is a owned 41 percent by IGM, and was formed to place, operate, and maintain legal gaming devices in Louisiana.
 IGM is a publicly owned corporation, and its common shares are traded on the over-the-counter market under the symbol "IGMM."
