INTERLINQ NO. 32 ON FORBES MAGAZINE LIST OF BEST 200 SMALL COMPANIES

 KIRKLAND, Wash., Nov. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- INTERLINQ Software Corp. (NASDAQ: INLQ), developers of MortgageWare(R) software for residential mortgage loan management, announced today that is has been ranked No. 32 on Forbes magazine's list of the "Best 200 Small Companies." Forbes says each company selected passed more than a dozen strict tests, including annual revenue, earnings growth and five-year average return on equity.
 INTERLINQ, which went public in April of this year, recently announced record sales and earnings for the quarter ending Sept. 30, 1993. Compared to the same quarter last year, sales rose 61 percent to $4.79 million, and earnings (before extraordinary items and cumulative effect of a change in accounting principle) were up 103 percent to $887,000 (or 14 cents per share on 6.50 million shares).
 INTERLINQ has been exclusively dedicated to the development, sale and support of PC-based software products for the residential mortgage lending industry since 1982. MortgageWare is currently installed in over 4,000 locations throughout the United States, plus Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. INTERLINQ trades on the NASDAQ market under the symbol INLQ.
