INTERLINQ Software (Nasdaq:INLQ) today announced three systems connectivity initiatives that will help mortgage lenders streamline the lending process through deeper integration between Fannie Mae's technology platform and INTERLINQ's MortgageWare(R) lending platform. Integration with Fannie Mae Case File Data services will be the first MortgageWare Connect offering, and will provide lenders the ability to easily gather loan files submitted to Fannie Mae.

Later this year INTERLINQ will offer connectivity options to additional Fannie Mae services. These options will provide lenders with the ability to:
-- Automate the importing of loan applications and delivery of status updates
for lenders who use the Instant Pre-Approval (IPA) solution, which is powered
by Fannie Mae technology. IPA allows the borrower to enter limited financial
information, obtain a pre-approval decision online, and print out the
pre-approval letter from the lender; and

-- Access electronically a suite of services to order, fulfill, and manage
mortgage services such as appraisals, flood, title, and closing/escrow through
Fannie Mae's Desktop Underwriter Connections(R).


MortgageWare Connect will replace INTERLINQ's MortgageWare(R) External Loan Application Interface (MELAPI).
