INTERLINE RESOURCES CORP. PURCHASES

ALPINE, Utah, Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Interline Resources Corp. (NASDAQ: IRCO) announces that it has just completed a $542,000 purchase of a natural gas gathering system that had been in competition with the company's northeastern Utah Monument Butte system. With the purchase of the Massey Utah Gas Systems gathering facilities, Interline becomes the only gatherer in a very productive area in Duchesne and Uinta counties. President Mike Williams stated, "Since we are now the only gathering pipeline in this area, we have much greater control over our future gathering revenues."
Williams went on to note, "While most of the excitement about our company has been our development of a new re-refining technology, which has attracted worldwide interest, with current negotiations continuing with many small and major companies, we have continued to seek expansion of our core oil and gas activities."
The company expects gross revenues from this new acquisition to be approximately $700,000, boosting projected total gross revenues from the Monument Butte system to $2.5 million for 1994.
