INTERFACE NOTES CHANGE IN SUBSIDIARY'S MANAGEMENT LAGRANGE, Ga., Nov. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Interface, Inc.
(NASDAQ: IFSIA) today announced that Donald E. Russell, a senior vice president and director of the company, has assumed the position of president and CEO of Heuga Holding, B.V., the company's Dutch subsidiary, replacing J. Donald Knight, who is no longer employed by Heuga.
Russell has been an officer and a director of the company since 1974. He continues as president of Interface International, Inc. and as CEO of Interface Flooring Systems, Ltd., the company's U.K. subsidiary, thus consolidating under his leadership responsibility for all of the company's European carpet tile operations. Interface, Inc. is the world's largest manufacturer of carpet tiles under the Interface and Heuga brands, and interior fabrics under the Guilford of Maine brand, for use in offices, healthcare facilities, airports, educational and other institutions, and retail facilities. The company also manufactures carpet tiles for residential use.
