 PITTSBURGH, Nov. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Integra Financial Corporation


(NASDAQ-NMS: ITGR) today announced that the prime lending rate charged by its affiliate banks was being lowered to 7.5 percent from 8.0 percent, effective immediately.
 The $8.6 billion Integra operates six banks with more than 200 banking offices throughout 22 counties of western Pennsylvania. The banks include First Seneca Bank of Oil City, Integra Bank/South of Uniontown, Keystone National Bank of Punxsutawney, McDowell National Bank of Sharon, Pennbank of Erie, and Integra Bank/Pittsburgh of Pittsburgh.
