INNOVATIVE GAMING SIGNS U.S. AND CANADIAN DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH SODAK GAMING

 MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Innovative Gaming Corporation of America (NASDAQ: IGCA) of Plymouth, Minn., today announced a definitive agreement with Rapid City, S.D.-based Sodak Gaming, Inc. (NASDAQ: SODK) for Sodak to distribute Innovative's live video blackjack and live video craps gaming machines throughout the United States and Canada where "Indian," "Aboriginal" or "Native Peoples" gaming is, or becomes, permitted during the term of the agreement, excluding the states of Minnesota and Nevada, subject to Innovative receiving all appropriate licenses.
 Pursuant to this agreement, Sodak will also distribute Innovative's state-of-the-art, high-tech gaming machines in non-Indian owned and operated casinos in the states of South Dakota, North Dakota and Wyoming.
 Sodak Gaming, Inc., has distributed to approximately 150 Indian and non-Indian casinos in the United States, and is the exclusive distributor to Indian gaming casinos for International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT), the world's largest video slot machine manufacturer.
