Firstrust Bank partnered with Inlighten to increase customer cross-selling, enhance customer service and alleviate customers wait time. VideoNet was installed within Firstrust's Market Financial Center. Inlighten created customized messages to promote Firstrust's products and services. These products and service messages were mixed with Inlighten's daily specialized national and financial news, sports scores, weather, etc. The combined program is broadcast on televisions located throughout Firstrust's Market Financial Center.
