Inlighten's VideoNet system is a full service turnkey private television network used by well over 1,000 financial institutions for branch merchandising, employee communications and training.

Case study

Firstrust Bank partnered with Inlighten to increase customer cross-selling, enhance customer service and alleviate customers wait time. VideoNet was installed within Firstrust's Market Financial Center. Inlighten created customized messages to promote Firstrust's products and services. These products and service messages were mixed with Inlighten's daily specialized national and financial news, sports scores, weather, etc. The combined program is broadcast on televisions located throughout Firstrust's Market Financial Center. The benefits of VideoNet:

* Sales dramatically increased: Over one in five (22.1 percent) customers opened a Firstrust product or service after they saw it advertised on VideoNet.

* More than one third (35.1 percent) of customers said they asked about a Firstrust Bank product or service they saw advertised on VideoNet.

* Of Firstrust customers, 95 percent said the service quality has improved since VideoNet was installed.

With VideoNet, financial institutions successfully convert customers' idle transaction time into selling time, while providing a value-added service and positive customer experience within branches.
