ING adds another high-profile tenant to Metropolitan Center roster.


Metropolitan Center welcomed a new anchor tenant in June June: see month.  when AEGIS Insurance Services, Inc. moved into its 93,000 s/f headquarters there.

This addition comes at a time of positive transition at the landmark office tower, which is owned and managed by ING Clarion A family of application development systems for Windows from SoftVelocity, Inc., Pompano Beach, FL (www.softvelocity.com). Clarion provides a comprehensive set of tools for development, including a screen builder, 4GL and application generator. . During the last six months, the property has experienced a change in ownership, a new name and leasing agent, and enhanced amenities.
