ING Clarion Partners announced that Annie Kodak has joined the firm as senior vice president and asset director. Kodak will be based in the firm's Los Angeles office where she will be responsible for fostering the growth of ING Clarion's office property holdings and value-added investments throughout the Western region.

Prior to joining ING Clarion, Kodak was senior director with CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  Investors where she facilitated the growth and management of the real estate investment portfolio of what is now CBRE's largest client.
