INFORMA ACQUIRES BASKERVILLE COMMUNICATIONS & ASSETS FROM FINANCIAL TIMES.Informa Group (London) has acquired a portfolio of 60 subscription-based newsletters, seven magazines, 600 management reports and 24 directories from Financial Times Business Ltd. (London), a division of the Financial Times. The acquired publications include titles in the fields of telecommunications Communicating information, including data, text, pictures, voice and video over long distance.
