INFORMA ACQUIRES BASKERVILLE COMMUNICATIONS & ASSETS FROM FINANCIAL TIMES.Informa Group (London) has acquired a portfolio of 60 subscription-based newsletters, seven magazines, 600 management reports and 24 directories from Financial Times Business Ltd. (London), a division of the Financial Times. The acquired publications include titles in the fields of telecommunications Communicating information, including data, text, pictures, voice and video over long distance. Newsletter titles include Mobile Communications, Telecom Markets, New Media Markets, Screen Finance, World Insurance Report and Pharmaceutical Business News.
